These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made from Western Energy Automation & Recycling BV, operating the storefront at plcwest.com. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Customer Categories
- Business Customer — companies and other business entities purchasing for resale or commercial use.
- Consumer — private individuals purchasing for personal use.
Unless otherwise stated, the Terms apply to both Business Customers and Consumers worldwide. Belgian law applies; deviations from these Terms are only valid if both parties sign a separate written agreement.
2. Orders
Orders are accepted via plcwest.com, email, phone, or other written means. A purchase agreement is concluded once Western Energy Automation & Recycling BV confirms acceptance in writing. Orders must specify company name, contact details, billing address and delivery address.
3. Price and Payment
- Prices are indicated excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
- VAT is added at the applicable Belgian rate for sales within Belgium.
- For EU B2B sales with a valid VAT number, the reverse-charge mechanism applies (0% VAT).
- Sales outside the EU are 0% VAT (export).
- All orders are tracked by an invoice, regardless of payment method.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (IBAN), credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express via Stripe), and other methods as offered at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery times stated on the website or in order confirmations are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon handover to the carrier. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy: 60-day window, unused condition, prior approval required.
6. Warranty & Liability
Each product is sold with the condition (new, used, refurbished) clearly stated. Western Energy Automation & Recycling BV warrants that the products are as described. Liability for indirect, consequential or production-loss damages is excluded to the extent permitted by Belgian law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, images and listings on plcwest.com are the property of Western Energy Automation & Recycling BV or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without written consent.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
