Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are flat-rate per tier — no weight-based surcharges. The final amount is displayed at checkout once you select your destination country.
Pallet / oversized shipments: Items requiring a pallet (large drives, control cabinets, motors over 30 kg) are not covered by the standard flat rates above. We quote palletised freight separately on a case-by-case basis — contact us before checkout and we will arrange a customised shipping quote.
Order Processing & Same-day Dispatch
- All orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 16:00 or on weekends / public holidays are processed the next business day.
